My somewhat varied career includes time spent in banking, land registry and even Hospital Radio, before a return to my real passion - law - and qualification in 2006. My main focus within the firm is on Commercial Property, Landlord and Tenant, Licensing, Wills & Probate.

I’m married with two children, and in my free time I really enjoy watching Everton and walking in the countryside. I also get quite excited about the prospect of visiting the pub on a Friday after work!

I graduated from University with a 2.1 BSc (Hons) in Finance and Accounting in 1999, and then went on to study for my Diploma in Law and the LPC at the College of Law, Chester. Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2003, I worked predominantly in Family Law and Property Law, before setting up Richard Zacharias Solicitors Limited in February 2007. Two years later Mat joined the firm as a Partner, and we formed Zacharias Taylor Solicitors Limited in January 2009.

Outside of work my main interests include reading and playing squash and football.

I also love to go skiing whenever I get the chance.
